For individual persons:
When renting for the first time, an inventory rental agreement is concluded;
The tenant must provide a document confirming personal identity;
The lessee signs the consent for personal data processing and data verification in UAB “Creditinfo Lietuva” system and agrees that personal data will be used only for these purposes;
For individuals and legal entities:
The Lessor has the right, before the transfer of the Inventory to the Lessee, to require the Lessee to pay an advance fee;
The Lessor has the right to demand a financial security guarantor (Deposit) from the Lessee. The lessor can determine the amount of the deposit himself, but it must not exceed the purchase value of the inventory.
The deposit can be left in cash or by bank transfer (if the rent is paid in cash, the deposit is returned immediately, and if paid by bank transfer, the deposit is returned within 1-2 working days to the bank account from which the payment was made).
The resulting rental amount is deducted from the Deposit left, then the balance is returned in the ways listed above.
The rental fee is calculated only on weekdays, weekends are not calculated if the Tenant does not work with the Inventory on weekends. The working day of equipment (scissor lifts, articulated lifts, telescopic loaders, auto towers, etc.) is counted in working hours and cannot exceed 8 (eight) hours per day. When working more than 8 hours a day, 12.5% of the rental price of a specific equipment unit is paid for each additional hour worked. All equipment is equipped with transmitters that record working time.
The Lessee must return the Inventory fully assembled, clean and in no worse technical condition than it was at the beginning of the Lease period, excluding normal wear and tear of the Lease object. When returning the Inventory, the Tenant must also return all its accessories (instructions, rules of operation, etc.). In case of violation of this obligation, the Lessor has the right to carry out the necessary cleaning and repairs at the expense of the Customer according to the prices of the Lessor’s services (set in the Lessor’s price list).
The inventory is handed over to the Lessee with a full tank of fuel, the Lessee must also return the inventory with a full tank of fuel. If the Inventory’s fuel tank is incomplete at the time of return, the Lessor fills it up and the Lessee must compensate the Lessor for these filling costs.
The inventory must be returned by 10:00 a.m. the following day. (otherwise rent will be charged for unreturned inventory).
The lessor has the right not to issue the inventory to the lessee, if he refuses to provide the necessary identification documents, pay a deposit or has debt obligations;
